0 flat rate shipping on all orders. No minimum order required. No hidden fees. Tracking is included on every shipment. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing added at the last step.
Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days from our Southern California facility. Most orders ship same or next business day when placed before 2:00pm PT. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship on the next available business day.
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no company name, product name, or branding visible on the exterior of any package. Your privacy is maintained on every shipment.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during transit and do not require cold shipping. They remain stable for up to 24 months when stored correctly. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use within 30 days.
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking information is provided on every order via email once your shipment is picked up by the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of payment confirmation, contact us at supportthebrothersfitness.com@gmail.com.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or unopened products under normal circumstances. Refunds or replacements are issued only in the limited circumstances described below.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact your carrier directly to file a claim. TheBrother's Labs will assist in providing any documentation needed for a carrier claim but cannot issue refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries that are subsequently reported missing.
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances: opened or reconstituted products, products reported more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery, products damaged by improper storage after delivery.
