We fulfill orders within 1–3 business days from Southern California. Most orders ship same or next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

All orders ship at a flat rate of $20, regardless of order size. No minimum order required. Tracking is always included. There are no additional fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during transit and do not require cold shipping. They are shelf-stable for up to 24 months when stored properly. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within 30 days.

All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product names, or company identification on the outside of the package. Your privacy is a priority on every shipment.

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Check back as we continue to expand our fulfillment capabilities.

We accept Zelle, cash, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). Payment details are provided during the checkout process. Orders are processed and fulfilled once payment is confirmed. All sales are final once payment is received and the order enters fulfillment.

Payment is required before fulfillment. Your order will not ship until payment is confirmed. For Zelle and crypto, this typically takes minutes. Once payment is verified, your order enters our fulfillment queue.

All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are issued only for products that arrive damaged upon delivery or if an incorrect item was shipped due to a fulfillment error on our part. We are not responsible for products after successful delivery confirmation.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Email supportthebrothersfitness.com@gmail.com with clear photos of (1) the outer packaging, (2) the inner packaging, and (3) the damaged product(s). Claims submitted after 24 hours or without documentation cannot be processed.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, resolution is handled through the carrier on a case-by-case basis. TheBrother's Labs is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location when placing your order.

All compounds are third-party tested through Janoshik Analytical, a certified independent laboratory. Every batch is tested and verified at 99%+ purity. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available on request for any product. Email us at supportthebrothersfitness.com@gmail.com to request a COA.

Our compounds are American-finished, sourced from GMP-compliant manufacturers and stored in medical-grade refrigeration at our SoCal facility until fulfillment. We work exclusively with suppliers who meet our quality and purity standards.
