These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer," "Researcher," or "User") and TheBrother's Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of thebrotherslabs.com and any purchases made through this site.

2. Research Use Only — Critical Notice

ALL products sold by TheBrother's Labs are sold strictly and exclusively for:

• In vitro laboratory research and testing
• Scientific and educational purposes by qualified researchers
• Analytical research purposes only

Products are NOT intended for, and must NOT be used for:

• Human consumption of any kind
• Veterinary use
• Therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical applications
• Resale to individuals for personal use

By placing an order, you expressly confirm and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized institutional buyer; (b) all products will be used exclusively for legitimate research purposes; (c) your use complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website or purchase any products. By entering this site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

4. Payment Terms & All Sales Final

We accept Zelle, cash, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). Payment is required prior to order fulfillment. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

5. Seller Responsibility After Delivery

TheBrother's Labs' responsibility is limited to ensuring your package is properly fulfilled and successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier's tracking system, our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for:

• How products are used after delivery
• Packages stolen from delivery locations after confirmed delivery
• Adverse outcomes resulting from product use
• Any research outcomes or results
• Third-party carrier delays, damage, or loss after pickup

6. Shipping Policy Summary

Orders ship within 1–3 business days from Southern California. Shipping is 0 flat rate on all orders. Tracking is included on every shipment. See our full Shipping Policy for complete terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBrother's Labs, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) any research conducted using our products; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (d) any third-party conduct or content. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheBrother's Labs and its officers, owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You agree not to: use products for human consumption; resell products to individuals for personal use; misrepresent your identity, credentials, or intended use; circumvent any legal or regulatory requirements; use this site for fraudulent purposes; reverse-engineer or reproduce our proprietary compound formulations.
